Chicken Curry Chicken breast, onions, margarine, flour, curry powder, tomato puree, chicken stock, garlic, chilli, apple, mango chutney, coconut, oil, salt & pepper, rice. * this product contains coconut C2

Macaroni Cheese Pasta, milk, cheddar cheese, flour, margarine, salt & pepper, mustard. C1 or C5 depending on container

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

C1 Remove lid, place on baking tray. From frozen cook in a hot oven 200°C for approximately 45 minutes. Reduce cooking time if defrosted Please make sure food is piping hot before eating

C2 From frozen. Loosen lids, place curry in microwave oven for 3 minutes, stir, put rice & chicken in for another 10 minutes, Stir again half way through cooking, stir & serve. Reduce cooking time if defrosted Please make sure food is piping hot before eating

C3 From frozen. Loosen lid, place in microwave oven for 10 minutes, stir half way through cooking. Reduce cooking time if defrosted Please make sure food is piping hot before eating

C4 Remove lid, place on baking tray. From frozen cook in a hot oven 200°C for approximately 35 minutes. Reduce cooking time if defrosted Please make sure food is piping hot before eating

C5 Loosen lid. From frozen cook in a microwave oven for approximately 10 minutes. Stir half way through cooking. Reduce cooking time if defrosted Please make sure food is piping hot before eating
